With a double-layered stand-up collar, they keep the wind from getting inside the jacket. The practical two-way zipper is underlaid for this purpose. With a pocket on the sleeve, two buttoned flap pockets, two zipped pockets and an inside pocket, Cicero is perfectly equipped with practical stowage options.
